Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 lb Grnd pork
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1/2 x Green pepper, minced
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 5 c. Crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Basil leaves, grnd
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 3 x Bay leaves
- 2 c. Chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

Meat Sauce For Spaghetti

Directions
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in beef, pork, onion, green pepper, and garlic and saute/fry till browned, about 10 min.
- With a slotted spoon to drain off the fat, place the sauteed ingredients in a 4-qt saucepan. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Slowly bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hrs.
