- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Fresh dill, finely minced
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley,finely minced
- 1 cl Garlic finely minced
- 1 tsp Ginger root finely grated
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator till ready for use.
- Mayonnaise is a wonderful vehicle for the taste of fresh herbs. Chive, parsley, basil, dill, fennel, and tarrragon all work well. and a more intense flavor can be created by adding a clove of fresh garlic or possibly a few drops of warm chili oil.
