Ingredients
- 1 c. cool leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr

Mashed Potato Donuts

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Gradually add in flour to thicken. Roll, not too thin, and fry in hot oil (French fryer works great). Roll in powdered sugar and eat while warm.
