Mark And Lily's Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 lb Butter
- 2/3 lb [Trader Joe's] dark chocolate
- 1/3 c. Cocoa pwdr, optional
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients together.
- Heat butter and chocolate over low heat. Beat in vanilla Cold a bit Beat in Large eggs.
- Add in wet to dry ingredients. Mix promptly. Stir in chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 9.5 - 10 min in oven preheated to 375 degrees.
- Makes 6 dozen 3-inchcookies. Eat entire batch before they cold. Deny having made any.
