Marinade For Swordfish, Salmon, Halibut, Etc. Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- Juice of 1 whole lemon, approx. 1/3 c.
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon poupon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and pour into Ziploc bag. Marinade fish in bag for 1 hour or possibly overnight. Broil or possibly grill.
