Directions

  1. Pierce the surface of a 2 - 2 1/2 lb. steak at 1 inch intervals with a sharp fork and let soak in marinade for at least 1 hour turning over once. Place on broiler or possibly grill and brush with marinade and cook 10- 30 min on each side depending on thickness and desired doneness. Brush on rest of marinade after turning over. Remove to cutting board, slicing diagonally into quarter inch slices.
