Margeos Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix (18.25 ounce.)
- 1 c. ripe bananas minced
- 1 pkt instant banana pudding (3-oz)
- 6 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. finely minced walnuts
- 1 ct prepared whipped topping (12-oz)
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 c. finely minced walnuts
- 1 pkt instant (3.4-oz) banana pudding
Directions
- Mix all cake ingredients well. Bake in three greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans at 325 degrees for about 35 min. Let cold. Mix filling/frosting ingredients well. Frost cake between layers and on top and sides. Store cake in refrigerator.
