Maple Mousse Filling Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 4 1/2 ounce Hot maple syrup
- 3 ounce Boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. Gelatin
- 10 2/3 ounce Cream, (35 percent)
Directions
- Beat egg yolks and hot maple syrup till thickened. Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and slowly add in to the first mix. Whip cream till frothy and fold into the preparation.
