Ingredients

  • 1 c nut milk like cashew or almond milk
  • 1/2 c mango, frozen
  • 1/4 summer squash
  • 1 T Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. If you really dig the spice cardamom then add an extra pinch to kick up the flavor of this delicious drink!
