Mango Kani Salad (Crab Salad with Mango)

Ingredients

  • 10 crab sticks (cut into evenly thin-strips)
  • 2 tbps Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 cucumber (cut evenly, thin-strips)
  • 1/2 mango (sliced thinly)

Mango Kani Salad (Crab Salad with Mango)

Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
 
 

Directions

  1. Shred up the kani so it is in very thin strips.
  2. Cut the cucumber so it is in kani size strips.
  3. Mix with the mayonnaise.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Serve.

I've first tasted this salad with a couple of friends and I find it very nice. I like making them from time to time.

    Healthy & good taste providing it sat in the refridgerator at leasr 4 hours, I added chopped parsley and garnish with a few capers and Italian parsley
    I've cooked/tasted this recipe!
