Ingredients

  • 1 (8 to 10 ounce.) jar chutney
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 1 lg. broccoli, stemmed and cut into florets
  • 4-5 pound boned chicken breast, poached and chilled
  • 1 lg. red bell pepper, cut in cubes

Directions

  1. Put chutney, mayonnaise and curry in bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate1 hour.
  2. Steam broccoli for 1 minute and drain.
  3. Cut chicken into chunks.
  4. Combine chicken, broccoli, and red pepper. Add in chutney mix to chicken.
