Ingredients
- 2 x ripe mangoes
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 sm red bell pepper
- 1 x red onion
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Mango Chile Salsa

Directions
- Peel, seed and chop mangoes. Cut red onion into long, thin strips. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl; stir to combine.
- Serve with grilled fish or possibly shrimp. To store, cover and chill up to 2 days.
