Two ingredients for this loveable marmalade. Over here we are given plenty of oranges during Chinese New Year. There's only so much we can eat. The rest - for this one.

  1. Peel the fruits.
  2. Simmer over very low heat with water to soften.
  3. (Note; don't over simmer)
  4. Remove and cool down.
  5. Gently remove the pulp and discard the seeds.
  6. Chop up pulp and add in a pot with sugar.
  7. Simmer, cook and stir for a thick marmalade.
  8. Optional; add some chopped peel after cleaning out the all the
  9. white pith.
