Ingredients

  • 2 med Size potatoes diced
  • 2 quart Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Heavy cream, (warmed) Salt and pepper to taste Lobster and green peas Shrimp and scallions Cheddar cheese and chives Wasabi, (make it spicy) Spinach and gruyere cheese Corn and crabmeat Flavored oil, chive and dill

Directions

  1. In a small sauce pot, add in the water, diced potato, salt and bring to a boil. Lower heat, let simmer (slowly cook) till potatoes are fork tender.
  2. Remove the heat, strain the potato and let air dry for one minute.
  3. Meanwhile heat the cream, remove from heat, add in the cream to potatoes, add in the butter, mash till smooth. Season to taste.
  4. Add in the fun stuff-any ingredient to please the most difficult palate.
