Maas Brothers Florentine Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. spinach, minced, (10 ounce.)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. cottage cheese, large curd
- 1/4 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 tbsp. onion, minced
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in warm water. Refrigeratetill partially set. Add in thawed raw spinach, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, vinegar, celery and onion. Pour into a dish and chill till set.

August 9, 2021I used to love to go to Maas brothers when I lived in FL. So I could get the salad and I was so happy to see it on line. I am going to make it all the time- December 14, 2020Very good. Takes me back to when I was a teenager and ate at Maas Brothers.
