  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high. Saute/fry onion 6-8 min. Add in garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in wine, seasonings, and butter. Cook for a few min. Reduce heat to medium. Add in seafood; cover and cook 5-8 min till scallops and shrimp are just hard. Serve over linguini and pig out!
