Luncheon Crabmeat On English Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat
- 1/2 c. minced black olives
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/3 c. parsley
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Toast and lightly butter 6 English muffins. Spread Crab mix proportionately over toasted muffins. Broil till cheese melts and becomes bubbly. Serves 6.
