1 lrg Low-fat flour tortilla
3 x Egg whites
2 Tbsp. Chives - minced
1/2 c. Low-fat jack cheese
1/2 c. Non-fat refried beans
1/4 c. Salsa Non-fat lowfat sour cream - garnish Red onion - chopped for garnish Scallions - chopped for garnish
Directions
Directions: Scramble the Large eggs to desired doneness. Hot the tortilla. Layer burrito with remaining ingredients. Roll and eat.
