Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Low-fat flour tortilla
  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives - minced
  • 1/2 c. Low-fat jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. Non-fat refried beans
  • 1/4 c. Salsa Non-fat lowfat sour cream - garnish Red onion - chopped for garnish Scallions - chopped for garnish

  1. Directions: Scramble the Large eggs to desired doneness. Hot the tortilla. Layer burrito with remaining ingredients. Roll and eat.
