Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds in a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Add the yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese, then stir until well blended. Stir in the spinach, artichokes and about 1/2 cup of the pepper jack cheese. Put the dip into an oven-safe dish and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for approximately 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
