Low Calorie Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 small Apples, minced, leave peeling on
  • 2/3 cup. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 1/2 ounce Uncooked oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. Smooth peanut butter Artificial sweetener to equal 4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Apple pie spice

Low Calorie Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars

Servings: 1
 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Spray 8 inch pan with Pam.
  3. Press mix into pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  5. Chill and cut into squares.
  6. Great breakfast bar.
