Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 sm package lemon jello
  • 12 ounce fat free cottage cheese Cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Put boiling water in blender. Add in jello and blend for a few seconds to dissolve. Add in cottage cheese and blend till really smooth. Pour into small bowls. Really low fat, low cal.
  2. We like this with cranberry jello - no sugar. Then I add in a small can of pineapple tidbits with juice and blend slightly so as not to crush the pineapple. There is no end to the flavors you can do with this - have also done orange jello and mandarin oranges. It's very satisfying and healthy.
