Lora's Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked & liquid removed sweet potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat till very smooth. Pour into large casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 min.
