Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 c. Shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c. Dry white wine
  • 5 ounce Lobster cut into small pcs (you can use canned but drain well)

Directions

  1. Serve this warm cheese dip and offer crisp cracker dippers.
  2. Heat butter in pan over low heat. Gradually add in and stir in cheese till cheese is melted. (Cheese butter mix may appear separated.) Add in red pepper sauce; slowly add in wine, stirring till mix is smooth. Add in lobster; stir till heated.
  3. Makes about 1 1/2 c..
