Lo Cal Grapefruit Velvet Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. low calorie lime-flavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can grapefruit sections, liquid removed & diced, reserve liquid
  • 2 c. nondairy whipped topping

Lo Cal Grapefruit Velvet Fluff

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add in sufficient water to reserved grapefruit liquid to make 1 c. liquid; stir into gelatin mix and refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Fold whipped topping into gelatin. Mix in grapefruit. Spoon into 6 or possibly 8 individual dishes and refrigeratetill hard.
