Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. peaches (if canned, liquid removed well)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk

Liz's Peach Cobbler
Servings: 6
Directions
- Heat butter in baking dish. Arrange peaches proportionately in bottom of dish. Sift flour, salt and baking soda together. Mix sugar with lowfat milk and add in flour mix. Pour batter over peaches. A dash of cinnamon may be added if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min.
