Liver Spaetzle Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound liver
- Minced parsley
- 8 tbsp. bread or possibly cracker crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Meat broth
- Salt
Directions
- Wash liver and put through meat grinder twice with onion and parsley. Cream butter, add in egg, bread crumbs, and salt. Mix all ingredients and drop by tsp. into boiling meat broth.
