Ingredients
- 2 cups very hot water
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon buko juice powder (young coconut juice powder)
- or coconut powder
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon buko juice powder (young coconut juice powder)
- or coconut powder

LIPARDO'S BLACK & WHITE CHESS JELLIES (Halal Gelatine)
Time: 30 minutes prep, 1 minutes cook
Servings: 5
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin powder in hot water. Mix well.
- Divide the gelatin mixture into 2 (cups 1 & 2)
- Add instant coffee & sugar to cup 1. Stir.
- Add buko juice or coconut powder to cup 2. Stir.
- Pour each mixture on a plate. Refrigerate to set.
- Meanwhile mix cream, condensed milk & coconut powder.
- Cut gelatin into squares.
- Add to cream-milk sauce.
- Refrigerate. Serve cold.
