Lemon Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 x Yellow cake mix
- 1 pkt Lemon pudding, 3-ounce size
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. Lemon juice
Directions
- Cake:Mix together cake mix, pudding, Large eggs, water, and oil.
- Bake in an oblong cake pan at 350 degrees 45 min.
- Glaze:Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- Poke holes in the Warm cake with a fork.
- Pour glaze over the top of the cake - letting it run into the holes.
