Lemon Ice Box Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 x Lemon juice and rind
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar; add in egg and juice and rind of lemon. Sift flour soda and cream of tartar. Combine with butter mix and mold into rolls and chill at least 12 hrs. Slice and bake at 375 , 10-12 min.
