Lemon Blueberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 ounce Package lemon flavored Gelatin
- 3 ounce Package black raspberry Gelatin
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 21 ounce Can blueberry pie filling
- 1/4 c. Sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Dissolve gelatins together in boiling water. Add in cool water and lemon juice. Gradually stir into pie filling. Pour into 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerateuntil hard. Fold sugar into lowfat sour cream just until blended. Spread over gelatin.
