Ingredients

  • 2 - 4-6 ounce Salmon Fillets
  • 1 lemon (juice only)
  • 1/4 cup crushed almonds
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Lemon-Almond Coated Baked Salmon

Time: 6 minutes prep, 14 minutes cook
Servings: 2
 

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. Spray an oven safe oval or square baking dish with your favorite baking spray
  3. On a clean work surface lay your Salmon Fillets
  4. In a small bowl add melted butter and lemon juice, stir to mix, evenly coat both sides of Salmon Fillets with a brush (liberally)
  5. On a plate add crushed almonds, coat the lemon-buttered fillets with the crushed almonds and place in the baking dish
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes
