Leftover Orange Turkey Salad Recipe
I love chicken salad so I decided to try it with turkey and I love it.
Ingredients
- Leftover Turkey maybe 2 pounds
- 1/2 cup Dukes mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Oranges (at least) between minced and chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 cup walnuts chopped optional
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- fresh mixed greens
- honey (oranges may be sweet enough)
Directions
- 1. Mix all ingredient and until blended well. Taste and if not sweet enough had desired amount of honey. Served chilled on top of fresh mixed greens for a nice salad or on a sandwich for a classic turkey salad sandwich
