Le "Femminelle" She Crabs Marinara

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Garlic cloves peeled, minced
  • 1 pch Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 lb Ripe plum tomatoes peeled, seeded, and minced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 10 x Italian parsley sprigs, leaves only minced
  • 12 x Crabs - (abt 3 lbs) cleaned

Le "Femminelle" She Crabs Marinara

Directions

  1. Start by placing a large skillet over medium heat, and add in the extra virgin olive oil to the pan. Start to saute/fry the garlic and red pepper for 2 min or possibly till golden brown, add in the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and allow to simmer for 15 min. If the sauce gets too thick you can add in a little water.
  2. Add in the parsley and crabs and allow them to simmer for an additional 15 min. Taste for seasoning and serve warm.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
