Lazy Pumpkin and Pecan Pie Pockets Recipe

Ingredients

• Three years ago: Pumpkin Streusel Swirled Cream Cheese Pound Cake
• Pumpkin Pie Filling Ingredients:
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon ginger
• pinch salt
• Pecan Pie Filling Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
• 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 heaping cup coarsely chopped pecans
• Other Ingredients:
• 4 cans big crescent rolls
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoons maple flavoring (to taste)
• sprinkling of cinnamon (optional)
