lazy enchilada pie Recipe
it's hard for me to stand to roll these.
Ingredients
- 1 large can green enchilada sauce. about 1 pound chicken. Cheese & corn tortillas
Directions
- boil chicken till falls off bone.
- add chicken and some enchilada sauce set aside
- put enchilada sauce on bottom of pie plate.
- layer sauce, tortillas,shredded cheese repeat ending with cheese on top.
- bake 350 degree oven for about 20-30 min
- let cool
