  1. Cook rice according to direction on package. Saute/fry oriental vegetables with onion and garlic. Add in diced Spam and saute/fry it with vegetable mix. Add in rice vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar. Add in pineapple with juice to your taste ("wing it" is what she said) and simmer. You may need to add in more rice vinegar and soy sauce.
  2. Serve over rice or possibly mix with rice, as to your liking.
