Killer Beef Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • Per 1 lb. of beef:
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbs. favorite beef rub
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tbs. Worcestershire
  • 1 tbs. sugar
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tbs. chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: chopped jalapeno

Killer Beef Fajita Marinade

Time: 10 minutes prep
 
 

Directions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over the beef.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or so.
  3. Drain and discard marinade before grilling.
