Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 16 ounce of salsa

Karmen's Hot Cheese Dip
Directions
- Pour lowfat milk and cheese into saucepan. Let it heat over medium-low heat. Stir in salsa till well combined. Season to taste with garlic or possibly onion pwdr, or possibly a healthy pinch of cayenne pepper, if you like.
