This is my mom's eldest sister's favourite. She used to entertain dignitaries at her home and this dish has been her "ace" in terms of cooking Filipino food. I made this recipe simple and easy yet appealing to the taste...

Directions

  1. Place meat in a pot. Cover with enough water. Pressure cook for 30 minutes or until done.
  2. Saute garlic and onion in hot oil until light brown.
  3. Add boiled meat, salt, MSG, peanut butter and yellow food color. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Mix vegetables and broth. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Adjust the seasoning.
  5. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
