  • Green Karamani – 50 gms, long, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • Small Onions – 10, sliced
  • Garlic – 10 cloves, peeled, chopped
  • Tomato – 1, chopped
  • Capsicum – 1/2
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1/4 tblsp
  • Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, peeled, finely chopped
  • Coriander Leaves – little
  • Salt as per taste
