  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. Frzn hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. Barbecue sauce
  • 4 x Buns, split, butter, toast
  • 4 slc Swiss cheese
  • 4 slc Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 2 x Green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Add in thawed hash brown potatoes and barbecue sauce to grnd beef. Mix well.
  2. Shape into 4 patties. Grill or possibly broil to desired doneness. Place each cooked burger on bun; top with cheese slice, crumbled bacon and sliced green onion.
