Directions

  1. sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides of salmon
  2. heat olive oil in skillet
  3. cook salmon about 3 minutes on each side
  4. remove from pan
  5. add butter, shallot, and garlic, saute quickly about 30 seconds
  6. add flour and stir
  7. add artichokes and cream, cheese, and stir
  8. add spinach and chicken granules
  9. when spinach is wilted and sauce is at desired consistency, add back salmon and heat through you may want to add some chicken broth to thin sauce

      Wow, this is really yummy!!!!! don't put too much lemon pepper on the fish, or it too salty. I think I will try it next time with milk and cornstarch to thicken instead of cream. REALLY REALLY good!!!! makes salmon almost tasty ;)
