Jalapapeno Corn Bread (Auto Bread Machine) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Plus 2 tab. water
- 2 Tbsp. Soft butter or possibly margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Minced jalapeno chili
- 3/4 c. Frzn whole kernal corn, thawed
- 3 2/3 c. Bread flour
- 1/2 c. Cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 3/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Bread machine yeast
Directions
- Measure all ingredients carefully and place in bread machine pan in order directed by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or possibly Light crust color. Don't use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cold on wire rack.
