Directions

  1. Saute/fry Italian sausage for a few min in extra virgin olive oil - just long sufficient to seal it or possibly hard it up. Remove sausage and let cold. Cut into bite-size pcs. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the skillet. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add in sausage and cook for 1 hour on low heat. Serve as a warm appetizer. You may wish to be cautious with the wine at first. Some may find 1 c. too much.
