  • 3 tablespoons chopped scallions

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
  • 1 cup extra-virgen olive oil

Directions
