Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 F. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl combine cornflake crumbs, spices and cheese; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat egg whites and water till frothy. Using a fork, dip chicken, one piece at a time into egg and water mix. Drip off excess into bowl. Place on greased baking pan and sprinkle with crumb mix.
  4. Bake for 15-20 min oru ntil chicken is tender and juice runs clear.
  5. Serves 8
  6. * Note: the amount of cheese was lost from this recipe. I am estimating, based on other similar recipes.
