Italian Dressing Mix Recipe

Ingredients
- Italian dressing mix
- 1 tsp dry chopped onion
- 1 x Tabsp dry parsley, crushed
- 1/4 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp thyme or possibly marjoram
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 x Tabsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp seasoned pepper Italian dressing
- 1 pkt Italian mix (see above)
- 1/3 c. Garlic wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
Directions
- A VERY GOOD SALAD DRESSING TO MARINATE TOMATOES & CUCUMBERS ITALIAN
- DRESSING MIX: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring till proportionately distributed. Pour into a 1/4-c. container with a tight-fitting lid or possibly wrap airtight in heavy-duty foil.
- Seal container. Label with date and contents. STore in a cold, dry place. Use within 6 months.
- Makes 1 package or possibly about 4 tablespoonsItalian Dressing Mix. ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING: In a small bowl or possibly salad dressing cruet, combine Italian Salad Dressing Mix, venegar and oil. Stir or possibly shake till blended. Cover and chill 30 min before serving.
