Inn At Cedar Crossing Spicy Beer Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 4 x Ribs celery, diced
- 12 ounce Beer
- 1 c. Tomato paste
- 22 ounce Dark red kidney beans, (about 11/2 15- to 16-oz cans), rinsed well
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Dry oregano
- 1 tsp Grnd coriander
- 1 tsp Warm pepper sauce
Directions
- In heavy-bottomed 6-qt stockpot, brown beef, onions and celery. Drainoff fat. Add in all other ingredients. Simmer gently 1 hour.
