Baked Pasta With Sausage, Tomatoes and Cheese by Mary Ann Walter

M husband loves this dish. I use hot Italian sausage, but you can also use the sweet variety. Becasue there are only 2 of us, I make to smaller casseroles instead on the one larger, and freeze the second one. This freezes wonderfully.
